1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 88ed platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 88ed.

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is explicitly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and all funds and bonuses held in them will be considered void.

2.4 Identity Verification

88ed may conduct identity verification (KYC) processes at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in account suspension or closure.

• When deemed necessary for account security

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on the 88ed platform is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits can be processed.

All deposits and withdrawals must be completed using the same method with which the account was registered. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to hold transactions pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, allowing you to start playing with a total of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the sum of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = placing ৳25,000 in bets will allow withdrawal of winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• 88ed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

88ed's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week and premium benefits

VIP tier changes depend on your activity and participation on the platform. 88ed reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and gaming activities on the 88ed platform will be governed by these terms and conditions and the specific rules of the relevant game. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a server error, network disruption, or any other technical issue, 88ed will investigate the relevant situation and provide an appropriate resolution. Incorrect results displayed due to technical errors will not be considered valid.

6.3 Software Use Restrictions

Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate account closure.

• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party

8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence

• Financial losses resulting from gambling
• Service disruption due to any event outside our control

In no case will 88ed's liability exceed the actual amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.
